Most orders are shipped the same day if received by 2:00pm EST M-F, otherwise the next business day.  Unless requested, all domestic orders are shipped by Priority Mail if the package is over 12oz and First Class Mail if under 12 oz. Tracking is available upon request. International orders are shipped by International First Class Mail or better.

If your item is damaged in shipping we will replace it free of charge, otherwise there are no returns.
